After graduating from Ball State University, Mr. Brann received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1981. He is proud to be board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Personal Injury Trial Law. Mr. Brann is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court and is authorized to practice in all Texas trial and appellate courts. He is also licensed in Florida and by the United States Supreme Court. He is authorized to practice in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. District courts serving the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. His law practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims from trucking accidents, car accidents, motorcycle injuries, plant explosions, premise injuries, and maritime injuries. He also practices family law, including contested divorces and child custody. For the past 20 years, he has held the prestigious AV Rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings system.
